国家级高层次人才，特聘教授，博士研究生导师。研究领域为人工智能与法律、涉外商法、公司法、破产法、公司社会责任和公司治理。European University Institute (欧盟大学研究院)高级访问学者，英国国家级艺术与人文科学研究基金AHRC与经济与社会科学研究基金ESRC两院课题评审。已在剑桥大学出版社等国际知名学术出版社出版或即将出版《股东派生诉讼与公司治理》等专著5部，在《斯坦福国际法杂志》《法律研究》等国际权威期刊发表学术论文50余篇，大部分科研成果被SCI，SSCI或A&HCI收录。伦敦大学国王学院、曼彻斯特大学、杜伦大学、开普敦大学、迪肯大学、兰卡斯特大学、纽卡素尔大学、英属哥伦比亚大学、谢菲尔德大学等高校博士学位答辩专家组成员， Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management等多个SSCI国际高质量期刊盲审专家。其科研成果在国际上影响广泛，已被美国、英国、加拿大等多个国家的知名法律学者和出版物引用。
